About us

Meier Consulting is managed by Ulrike Meier who after majoring in comparative literature in Mainz, Paris and Tokyo obtained a Master of Business Affairs (M.B.A.) from the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia. She worked for a number of European media firms and the top-management consulting firm McKinsey before founding Meier Consulting in 2003.

Access to outstanding education and the transfer of knowledge are personal passions of Ulrike Meier: she is co-founder and lecturer in project-management in the media business M.B.A. and Executive M.B.A. courses of the Hamburg Media School, a degree programme of the University of Hamburg. In addition, triggered by her conviction that there is a dire need to professionalize early childhood education, she has been increasingly active in this field.

Ulrike Meier is fluent in four languages and extremely versatile: She has no hobbies but fortunately three little adventurous kids and an inspirational partner.
